When you request a trial, we collect the clinic name and website, your name, email address, optional phone number and the app style choices you make. We also record the request IP address to prevent spam and misuse.
How we use it
We use these details to review your request, prepare a clinic app trial, contact you about it and protect the request form. We do not use trial request data to expose or infer information about any other clinic or patient.
Service providers
We use carefully selected providers for hosting, email delivery, website analysis and app provisioning. They process data only to provide those services to us and under appropriate safeguards.
Retention and your choices
We keep trial request information only as long as needed for the request, our legitimate business records and applicable legal obligations. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information, subject to any legal requirement to retain it.
